摘要

Abstract

Using jujube slag powder of Ziziphus Jujubes Mill “Jinsixiaozao” as matrials ,on the basis of single factor test ,we studied the optimization of polysaccharide extraction process of microwave extraction method and ultrasonic extraction method by the response surface method designed as a three-variable and three-level Box-Behnken central composite . The optimum process of microwave extraction method was proved to be extraction time 3 minutes ,microwave power 420 W and liquid-solid ratio (mL∶g )25∶1 ,un-der which the extraction rate reached 3.43% .The optimum process of ultrasonic wave extraction method was proven to be extraction time 31 minutes ,temperature 50 ℃ and liquid-solid ratio 29∶1 ,under which the extraction rate reached 3.37% .Extraction rate of the microwave extraction was 1.75% higher than that of the ultrasonic wave extraction .
