摘要

Abstract

With the same inducer JS6-1, six F2 materials of different strains were induced to inves⁃tigate number of haploid seedling survival, male and female incoordination number of haploid plants, number of pollination and number of final harvesting haploid ears. Induction rate and fertility rate of haploid in different maize materials were studied. The results were as follows:haploid induc⁃tion rate of different basic materials was greatly different, that of Q5 was the highest ( 12�8%) while that of Q2 was the lowest ( 8�7%) . Among different basic materials, fertility rate of Q3 was the highest ( 54�4%) , that of Q6 was the lowest ( 24�2%) , and the highest fertility rate was about 2�2 times of the lowest. The study on haploid fertility rate showed that haploid fertility rate was positively correlative with male and female coordination of haploid plants and rate of successful pollination, and male and female coordination played a key role in haploid fertility rate.
