基于主成分分析的山葡萄果实品质评价研究∗
Evaluation on the Fruit Quality of Amur Grape (Vitis amurensis Ru-pr.) Base on Principal Component Analysis

Abstract
In order to establish a suitable fruit internal quality comprehensive evaluation system and provide a theoretical basis for high quality amur grape resources of quick selecting and breeding, seven quality⁃related physiological indexs of fourteen resources were measured. Advanced selection and classification of fourteen resources were carried out by principal component analysis and cluster analysis according to the differences in main quality characteristics. The results showed that the cu⁃mulative proportion of the former three principal components was 89�09%, the first principal compo⁃nent was highly connected with tannins, soluble sugar, sugar⁃acid rate and resveratrol;determining the size of the second principal component was mainly procyanidins and total flavonoids; titratable acid was an important contributor to the variance for the third principal component. Therefore, the fourteen resources were divided into 3 groups based on their comprehensive scores. From the above results, the comprehensive evaluation system built in this study could be used to reveal the quality diversity of Vitis amurensis resources with different color unites.关键词
