鹿皮胶原蛋白的提取及特性研究∗
Study on Extraction and Characteristics of Deer Skin′s Collagen
摘要
Abstract
Collagen is widely used in medical, food and cosmetic fields because of its unique amino acid composition and structure. Deer skin was selected as raw materials to extract collagen through combination with acid hydrolysis and enzymatic hydrolysis,such method could achieve 32�38% ex⁃traction rate of collagen. Then it was separated and purified. Content of hydroxyproline in raw materi⁃als was determined and content of its collagen was obtained through conversion, which was 9�912%. Molecular weight of collagen was measured by SDS-PAGE,which was about 300 thousand, and its free radical scavenging capacity was studied. Within the range of measurement,the free radical scav⁃enging capacity increased as collagen concentrations increased. Collagen had strongly scavenging ca⁃pacity at high concentration.关键词
