烟粉虱为害对番茄植株生长发育与生理生化的影响∗
Effects of Bemisia tabaci on Development, Physiology and Biochemis-try of Damaged Tomato
摘要
Abstract
To detect the effects of Bemisia tabaci in different density on the development, and physi⁃ological and biochemical parameters of tomato plants, a certain amount of B. tabaci was inoculated to the 9th⁃leaf stage tomato plants. The results showed that the development of tomato was obviously in⁃hibited by B. tabaci, and root vigor, photosynthetic rate, pollen viability, fruit⁃setting rate and weight of simple fruit of damaged tomato were decreased significantly. Synthesis and photosynthesis of plant chlorophyll were inhibited, and chlorophyll content and soluble sugar of damaged tomato were lower than those of the control. However, proline content in damaged tomato was increased greatly, and soluble protein content in tomato damaged by a small amount of B. tabaci was elevated transiently while soluble protein content of other damaged tomato plants was obviously lower than that of the control.关键词
