淮南麻黄鸡CRBP2基因第3外显子PCR－SS-CP多态性及其与蛋品质的相关分析∗
PCR-SSCP Polymorphism of Exon 3 of CRBP2 Gene and Correlation Analysis with Egg Quality in Huainan Partridge Chicken

Abstract
The polymorphism of exon 3 of CRBP2 gene in Huainan partridge chicken and its associa⁃tion with egg quality were investigated by PCR-SSCP and DNA sequencing technologies. The results showed that a mutation ( C/T) was found in the exon 3 of CRBP2 gene, three genotypes ( CC, CT and TT) were detected in Huainan partridge chicken, and the frequencies of allele C and T, poly⁃morphism information content and heterozygosity were 0�45, 0�55, 0�37 and 0�47, respectively, which revealed a moderate polymorphism in this site. Statistical results of χ2 test indicated that this site did not fit Hardy⁃Weinberg equilibrium ( P<0�01) . The age of first egg, egg⁃shape index, shell thickness, shell strength, yolk color and percent of yolk of Huainan partridge chicken with either genotype showed no significant difference ( P>0�05 ) , egg weight at first laying and egg weight at 30th week with genotype CC were 1�66% and 2�60% higher than those with genotype TT ( P<0�05) , respectively. The value of Haugh unit with genotype TT was higher than that with genotype CC and CT ( P<0�05) .关键词
