盐碱胁迫对菘蓝种子萌发的影响∗
Effects of Saline-Alkali Stress on Seed Germination of Isatis Indigotica Fort
摘要
Abstract
Effects of saline⁃alkali stress on seed germination of Isatis indigotica Fort were determined based on the studies of germination situation and physiological indices of Isatis indigotica Fort treated with various concentrations of neutral salt ( NaCl) , alkali salt ( Na2 CO3 ) and complex saline⁃alkali stress ( NaCl+Na2 CO3 ) . The results showed that germination capability of the seed of Isatis indigoti⁃ca Fort was inhibited under saline, alkali and complex saline⁃alkali stress. Germination rate, germi⁃nation tendency, vigor index and germination index decreased with the increase of the concentration of saline⁃alkali concentration stress. Radicle length, hypocotyl length and fresh radicle weight de⁃creased with the increase of the concentration of saline⁃alkali concentration stress too. Proline and malondialdehyde content increased remarkably with the increase of saline⁃alkali concentration. Inhib⁃iting effect of the three kinds of salt was Na2 CO3 solution> complex saline⁃alkali solution> NaCl so⁃lution.关键词
