摘要

Abstract

The key techniques of artificial propagation technology for Chalcalburnus Chalcoides aralensis were reported, which were reserve parent fish rearing, artificial spawning, egg hatching and fry hatching. When the mixture of three fish oxytocin drugs, Luteinizing hormone analogs ( LRH⁃A2 4 μg/kg), Maleic acid to Europe (DOM 2 mg/kg) and human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG 0�12 mg/kg) was injected into parent fish, and the methods of artificial spawning, natural insemi⁃nation or artificial dry insemination and flowing hatching in hatching barrel were used, fertilization rate of Chalcalburnus Chalcoides aralensis reached 97% and hatching rate of fry was 83�60%. Culti⁃vation of fry and fingerling and pond farming technology were briefly discussed. At fry growth stage, indoor planar slot was used to intensify fry breeding, feeding egg yolk, soya⁃bean milk, and shrimp feed. When 10-15 d fry were put into the pond, their survival rate was more than 85%.
