摘要

Abstract

A new permanent magnet angular acceleration sensor based on the principle of electromagnetic induction is described,and its mechanical structure and principle are introduced. A new method of calibration angular acceleration sensor based on mechanical torsion pendulum institutions is put forward and proved. The experiments show that the calibration method works well and it can objectively reflect the relationship between the un -voltage input and voltage output of the sensor,and can ensure the accuracy of the result. The experiment proves the feasibility of the permanent magnet angular acceleration sensor and its calibration method,and the sensitivity of sensor is about 6. 562μV/(rad·s-2 ).
