切线法数控成形非球面机床的定位误差补偿研究

摘要
Abstract
Based On feed-fOrward PID aIgOrithm and UMAC sOftware,a cOmpensate IOcatiOn errOr methed is prOpOsed fOr the aspheric CNC by tangent methOd which was deveIOped by OurseIves,and specific steps tO impIement this methOd is given. The experimentaI resuIts Of IOcatiOn errOr cOmpensatiOn shOwed this methOd can imprOve the IOcatiOn accuracy Of CNC effectiveIy by the estabIished feed-fOrward PID mOdeI and an UMAC errOr cOrrect tabIe.关键词
