刘建秋教授辨治恶性胸腔积液经验
Professor LIU Jianqiu’s experience in syndrome differentiation and treatment for malignant pleural effusion
摘要
Abstract
Malignant pleural effusion (MPE) effects on patients’ quality of life .Although there are lots of reported treatments for MPE ,but clinical effects are not very obviously .Traditional Chinese medicine treatment has its own features and advan-tages for MPE .Professor LIU Jianqiu believes that MPE mostly belongs to deficiency in the constitution and excess in the symptoms .The pathogenesis of MPE is mostly the blending of deficiency and excess complex ,yang deficiency and yin exu-berance .The principles of treatment should be “expelling lung and moving qi and removing edema ,replenishing the lung , fortifying the spleen and tonifying the kidney ,resolving phlegm ,dispelling stasis and cancerous toxin .”Discusses the etiology and pathogenesis of MPE ,through elaborates the professor LIU Jianqiu’s statement of dialectical points and analysis of typi-cal cases ,and introduces professor LIU Jianqiu’s characters in syndrome differentiation and treatment for MPE .关键词
