中医药抑制心梗后心室重塑的实验及临床研究
Chinese medicine inhibiting ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction
摘要
Abstract
Ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction is a major cause of heart failure .Inhibition of ventricular remod-eling after myocardial infarction is an important part of improving the prognosis of patients .Mechanisms of myocardial remod-eling include excessive activation of the neuroendocrine system ,the abnormal expression of cellular and molecular signaling pathways and the imbalance in the immune and inflammatory response .Chinese medicine can regulate cardiac signaling path-ways ,inhibit the RAAS and SNS systems and reduce tumor necrosis factor (TNF) ,endothelin (ET) and inflammatory cy-tokines such as IL-6 .The single Chinese herb ,Chinese herbal compound and traditional Chinese medicine injection have been demonstrated to play an active and effective role in the inhibition of ventricular remodeling by experimental and clinical studies .Chinese medicine can improve the prognosis of patients with myocardial infarction .关键词
