Inflammatory mechanisms and anti-inflammatory acupuncture research of T2DM
摘要
Abstract
Inflammatory factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM ) were involved in various cells associated with metabolic syndrome ,cytokines and protein composition .IR and pancreaticβ-cell dysfunction mediated by inflammatory cytokines were important in the pathogenesis of T2DM .Acupuncture had a good regulatory role for the inflammatory cytokines by a series of mechanisms ,which could enhance insulin sensitivity and promote secretion of pancreaticβ-cells ,thus effectively improving IR and reversal of isletβ-cell function ,had a better therapeutic effect for T2DM .关键词
