2型糖尿病的中西医综合治疗
TCM and Western medicine in treatment of type 2 diabetes
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of TCM and Western medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes . Methods The 100 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes were selected ,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,50 cases in each group .The control group was given conventional Western medicine ,while the observation group were given to patients TCM and Western medicine comprehensive treatment which is metformin with invigorating kid-ney and spleen and tonifying qi-yin prescription .Then FBG ,FINS ,GHbA1c and ISI ,clinical efficacy and postoperative com-plications of the two groups were analyzed .Results The total treatment efficiency of the observation group 94% (47/50 ) was significantly higher than that of the control group 72% (36/50 ) ( P<0 .05 );The FBG ,FINS ,GHbA1c and ISI after treatment were significantly lower ( P<0 .05 );The incidence rate of complications 16% (8/50 ) was significantly lower than those of the control group 34% (17/50 )( P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion The clinical effects of TCM and Western medicine is obviously in the treatment of type 2 diabetes ,reducing complicating disease and promoting total effective rate .关键词
