补肾方药对老年高血压病肾气亏虚证患者性激素相关调控因子的干预作用

Abstract
Objective This paper studies the effect of kidney tonifying prescription intervention the level of sex hormones re-lated regulating factors of elderly hypertension kidney-qi deficiency syndrome .Methods According to hypertension diagno-sis and classification standard ,TCM differentiation standard chose elder hypertension of kidney deficiency syndrome (60 cas-es ) ,half of men and women ,give kidney tonifying prescription for 4 weeks .The Elisa method was used to detect IL-2 ,Lep-tin ,GnRH and DHEA-S levels .Results After kidney tonifying prescription intervention ,the levels of Leptin and GnRH of elderly male patients with hypertension of kidney-qi deficiency syndrome declined ,the levels of DHEA-S increased .The lev-els of GnRH of elderly female patients with hypertension of kidney-qi deficiency syndrome declined .Conclusion The target of kidney tonifying prescription on sex hormones related regulating factors of elderly male patients may be Leptin ,GnRH and DHEA-S .The target of kidney tonifying prescription on sex hormones related regulating factors of elderly female patients may be GnRH .关键词
