南瓜多糖对 D-半乳糖致脑老化模型小鼠SOD 、CAT 、GSH-PX 、MDA 的影响
Effect of Pumpkin polysaccharide on SOD,CAT,GSH-PX and MDA in aging mice model induced by D-galactose

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Pumpkin polysaccharide on SOD ,CAT ,GSH-PX and MDA in aging mice model induced by D-galactose .Method Mice were randomly divided into 6 groups ,respectively for the blank group ,model group ,vitamin E ,pumpkin polysaccharide large ,medium and small dose group .Blank group each rat cervical back subcuta-neous injection of saline every day 0 .5ml ,groups each rat carotid every day back subcutaneous injection of 5% D-galactose saline solution 0 .5 mL brain aging model .Straight to the D-galactose 45 days .Starting from the 10 th day ,filling and respec-tively take large ,medium and small dose of pumpkin polysaccharide aqueous solution mixed suspension ,vitamin E and with normal saline ,volume 1 times a day ,35 days in a row ,in the last one to D-galactose and 2 h after feeding ,eyeball blood in mice ,the determination of SOD ,CAT and GSH-PX and MDA .Results Compared with model group ,the pumpkin polysac-charide large dose group can significantly increase the SOD activity in mice ( P<0 .01 ) ,the pumpkin polysaccharide ,small dose group can obviously increase the SOD activity in mice ( P<0 .05 );Pumpkin polysaccharide large dose group can obvi-ously improve the CAT activity in mice ( P<0 .05 );Large ,medium and small dose group of the pumpkin polysaccharide can significantly increase gsh-px activity in mice ( P<0 .01 );Compared with model group ,large ,medium and small dose group of the pumpkin polysaccharide can significantly decrease the MDA level in plasma ,liver homogenate in mice ( P<0 .01 );Pumpkin polysaccharide in medium and small dose group can significantly reduce the little mouse brain homogenate MDA level ( P<0 .01 ) ,pumpkin polysaccharide large dose group can obviously reduce the level of MDA in mice ( P<0 .05 ) . Conclusion Pumpkin polysaccharide could improve vitality of SOD ,CAT ,GSH-PX ,and reduce the level of MDA ,it had a certain antioxidant .关键词
