针刺对脑缺血后细胞凋亡相关基因Bcl-2Bax调节作用的研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize acupuncture Bcl-2 ,Bax regulation of apoptosis-related genes after cerebral ischemia ,and to investigate its effect characteristics .Methods Based on the modern experimental research literature for nearly 10 years , briefly Bcl-2 ,Bax gene after cerebral ischemia and apoptosis relevance ,focusing on the overall characteristics ,aging character-istics and comparative effects of different treatment options such as acupuncture three respect ,the acupuncture Bcl-2 ,Bax regu-lation of apoptosis-related genes after cerebral ischemia summarize .Results Acupuncture Bcl-2 ,Bax genes of having a whole tone scale bi-sexual characteristics ,can promote gene expression of anti-apoptotic Bcl-2 protein inhibits the expression of pro-apoptotic gene Bax protein increased Bcl-2/Bax ratio ,reaching anti-apoptotic effect .Conclusion Acupuncture regulate Bcl-2 ,Bax gene for a certain aging characteristics ,rapid onset ,last longer ,the best time of interventional therapy Early in cerebral ischemia should be .In the overall effect of the basic convergence ,based on a different set of square or acupuncture point selec-tion method ,its regulatory role and the extent of the difference between the pros and cons exist .关键词
