基于 CT 和 MRI 混合配准的膝关节复合结构三维重建
Three-dimensional reconstruction of knee joint by combining CT and MRI

Abstract
Obj ective :To reconstruct a model of knee joint with bone structure and major soft tissue for providing theoretical basis for morphological study of knee joint,assessing the condition of injury and treatment.Methods :CT and MRI data were harvested by scanning the knee joint of a healthy male volunteer without musculoskeletal disorders.And the MRI sequences were PdWI and STIR.The bone structure and major soft tissue were reconstructed using 3D reconstruction software Mimics. Then those models were imported to Geomagic Studio 1 1 to be polished and matched.Result :Finally,the model of knee joint with bone,meniscus and collateral ligaments etc.was reconstructed.Conclusion:Under CT developing bone structure and MRI developing soft tissue,the model of knee joint can be reconstructed by Mimics and Geomagic Studio,to satisfy the requirements of education,motion stimulation and biomechanical analysis.关键词
