摘要

Abstract

In order to make the Air Traffic Control System record the corresponding data of the scene, the methods of the dynamic benchmarking frames are proposed to locate difference-frames quickly and the lifting scheme of the wavelet transformation is used to the efficient and lossless compression of the dynamic benchmarking frames as well as difference-frames by analyzing the features of the scene in the system. And then, the scene recording is designed under the guidance of the methods above. The experiments demonstrate the feasibility and superiority of the scheme designed.
