摘要

Abstract

Based on the importance of accurate modeling for the servo control system in design, a modeling method that the system is mainly affected by the nonlinear friction influence is proposed, namely, nonlinear system is linearized through the process that friction compensation is superposed in the identification input signal to offset the effect of fric-tion. The modeling validation experimental results show that the model is correct.
