基于证据理论的不确定性推理方法及其应用
Uncertainty inference method based on Dempster-Shafer evidence theory and its application

Abstract
According to the interference issues in the civil aviation radio management, the knowledge and information are provided with uncertainty. Combining with the characteristics of civil aviation radio interference finding and processing, a novel knowledge representation method is proposed with uncertainty knowledge, and uncertainty is described by interval certainty factors. Then the uncertainty inference method based on Dempster-Shafer theory with interval certainty factor is proposed. Moreover, the rule base of civil aviation radio interference finding and processing is given, and the uncertainty inference method based on Dempster-Shafer theory with interval certainty factor is the inference engine, the structure and workflow are presented. The civil aviation radio interference finding and processing expert system is set up with C# and MySQL. In the end, the case studies are given to explain the effectiveness and practicability of this expert system.关键词
