上海城市洗车行业用水现状特征与节水对策
Characteristics of Present Water Consumption and Countermeasures of Water Conservation for Urban Car Washing Industry in Shanghai
摘要
Abstract
As the development of automobile industry,water consumption in car washing industry is rising with years. The characteristics of water consumption and countermeasures of water conservation for urban car washing industry in Shanghai were introduced. 40 car washes in Shanghai were chosen and a series of data,such as car washing methods,water source,average number of car wash per day and water consumption per day were gathered through field survey. On the basis of water consumption,water price and the quality of drain water,the current situation of water supply of car washing industry in Shanghai were evaluated and the major problems of urban car washing industry,including expansive car wash method,water consumption exceeding the quota and hard to supervise,abuse of cheap water resource,public resource loss,the pollution of tail water which is out of limits affecting the environment of receiving water,were analyzed. Finally,some better suggestions for water-saving and emission reduction,such as strict control and management,strengthening economic incentives and technology introduction,promoting water-saving propaganda and education in car washing industry were proposed.关键词
