摘要

Abstract

Qingcaosha Reservoir is one of the most important drinking water sources in Shanghai and provides more than 50% raw water supply for Shanghai. In order to maintain excellent raw water quality,safe hydraulic structures,good electromechanical equipment and minimum energy-consumption,the basic database covering comprehensive monitoring of water-intake and water-delivery facilities,safety monitoring of hydraulic structures,hydrological data,water quality and salinity telemetering and forecasting,video surveillance & control need to be established. Besides,based on the study of key control technologies as saltwater avoiding and freshwater storing,sewage avoiding and clear water storing,eutrophication prevention,energy-saving operation and the forming of relevant model base&control plan base,the comprehensive operation and control platform for Qingcaosha Reservoir was established so that the operation and management of reservoir can be conducted scientifically.
