摘要
Abstract
MBR and RO process for recycling organic wastewater from TFT/LCD production was studied in this paper. The results show by coagulation and sedimentation pretreatment COD is removed by 10% and following membrane fouling is alleviated. Effect treated by MBR maintains TOC<10 mg/L and SDI15 <3,which is good for RO to treat further. Then,effluent treated by RO process can reach TOC<1 mg/L and conductivity<85 μs/cm,which can be used for preparation of ultra pure water direct.关键词
