摘要

Abstract

Mass Integration (MI)is a new important development of process systems engineering,which has been the new theoretical method for guiding industrial enterprises in cleaner production. During certain process of industrial production,the establishment of mass exchange network (MEN ) could obtain remarkable achievements in saving fresh water consumption,reducing wastewater discharge. In consideration of main pollutants overflow and the high costs of construction and operation in combined sewer system,MI on reconstruction of combined sewer system were presented,which can minimize the content of contaminants in the drainage system and reduce the load of the terminal wastewater treatment plant through the foundation of MEN.
