Abstract
For the complex measurement and low-accuracy problems of the micro pressure measurement in the chemical liquid,a micro pressure measurement device based on Hall Effect was designed.Through the front loading device to with-stand the change of liquid pressure,it generates a certain displacement and converts into the Hall electromotive force,then via the amplified conditioning circuit,it shows the corresponding voltage.According to the relationship between the output voltage and the fluid pressure,we can get the pressure magnitude of the corresponding depth.In the experiment,if the volt-meter is accurate to 1mV,the minimum measurable pressure change can reach 0.792Pa,so it has higher measurement accu-racy.The device is small in size,and has strong commonality and good application prospect.关键词
