摘要
Abstract
For the distillation tower temperature with large inertial ,time-delay and uncertain model ,a control system based on DMC-PID cascade control is proposed .Based on DCS ,DMC algorithm is introduced to the distillation process .Im-plementation scheme is designed in the DCS system .Then it verifies that the control strategy of dynamic matrix control asso-ciated with PID cascade control not only keeps a faster response and excellent adjustment ability ,but also enhances the dy-namic and static performances of the system by the simulation result .The overall performance of DMC-PID bunches control system is superior to that of PID-PID cascade control system .关键词
