基于Matlab的车辆牌照自动识别技术研究
Automatic Identification Technology of License Plate Based on Matlab
摘要
Abstract
With the ultimate goal of automatic identifiying the license plate fast and accurately ,the paper makes full use of the features of the license plate projection and the vein .Many image processing methods are involved ,such as mono-chrome image processing ,edge detection ,pattern processing and binarization .Besides ,many disadvantageous details are also considered ,such as the noise interference ,the uneven illumination and so on .By means of Matlab ,the automatic identifica-tion of the license plate is realized ,and test shows that the method is effectual and can correctly recognize the license plate characters fast and accurately ,having the value of applications .关键词
