摘要

Abstract

In view that the traditional monitoring forensics system is big ,has poor mobility and high cost ,the embed-ded technology ,video processing technology and wireless network transmission technology are used to design the portable monitoring network forensics system based on ARM 9 .The system is based on ARM9 S3C2440 chip hardware platform and Linux operating system software development platform .After the USB camera capturing digital images and MPEG-4 com-pression algorithm processing ,by building an embedded Web server and Java Applet technology ,the remote monitoring ter-minal of the on-site monitoring through IE browser is realized ,eventually a set of the portable monitoring terminal forensics system which integration video acquisition ,pretreatment ,storage ,display ,transmission is formed .
