摘要
Abstract
Because of the test process of different types of voltage regulator with adjustable output voltage condition ,a voltage regulator output adjustment module based on switch array is designed in this paper ,the problems of the adjustment voltage output circuit are solved ,such as universal simple and modular ,and the construction of the peripheral circuit efficien‐cy can be improved ,the number of peripheral circuit repetitive structures can be reduced by using the modular design .The full range of output voltage test of the device can be realized in this design ;it also can realize the selective output voltage test based on user application .关键词
