摘要

Abstract

According to the need of excellent engineering education ,this paper develops a multi‐function mechanical transmission performance test system ,which is based on modular mechanical transmission devices ,and capable of assembling multifunctional modular mechanical transmission performance test system ,carrying out mechanical transmission device's start torque test of no‐load and transmission efficiency test .Through PC software ,different servo motor control programs can be written into the motion control card ,then mechanical system can realize different motion requirements .Experiments show that ,multi‐function mechanical transmission performance test system has high testing precision of transmission efficiency and better system flexibility and robustness ,can offer the ideal environment for undergraduate teaching and research postgraduate training ,and is the trend of innovative mechanical and electrical integration equipment .
