摘要

Abstract

Lacking in comprehensiveness, scientific rationality and the disparity in actual difference in the methods used to assess the quality of teaching in higher colleges, this paper presents a method based on a cloud model to assess computer simulation, which uses the opposite-state cloud generator and introduces computer simulation techniques to simulate experts’ thinking and pro-duce large amounts of cloud droplets, making error of assessment be close to the normal theories. Meanwhile, in the cloud model algorithm, it adopts the combination of virtual cloud synthesis algorithm with similarity ratio algorithm to come up with comprehen-sive and detailed remarks. In the application of teaching quality assessment in one higher college, the results show that the meth-od can overcome the shortcomings of teaching quality assessment, conform to reality and assess the quality of teaching completely and scientifically.
