DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF INTEGRATED ASSESSMENT SOFTWARE FOR OCEAN PLATFORM SAFETY

Abstract
China Ship Scientific Research Centre develops the integrated software of ocean platform safety assessment methods.The fore-ground of the system is based on Orient.CAE workbench and has customisable interfaces according to the requirements in professional analy-sis.Its background integrates the solution programs developed by the professionals.The programs include the forecasting system of non-linear wave-induced load on ocean platform based on China's inshore sea conditions; high-order hydrodynamic fast prediction and computation pro-gram;the forecasting system of safety load coefficient capacity of platform structure based on the computational methods of fatigue failure prob-ability and strength and stability failure probability of semi-submersible drilling platform structure; the assessment system of whole lifetime safety of typical semi-submersible drilling platform structure.It forms the software of ocean platform structure safety assessments with inde-pendent intellectual property rights.关键词
