ON AN IMPROVED SUB-PIXEL DISPLACEMENT MEASUREMENT ALGORITHM AND ITS APPLICATION

Abstract
We propose an improved sub-pixel displacement measurement algorithm ( ISPMA) .First the ISPMA generates the initial value of sub-pixel displacement measurement using the fast global optimisation capability of shuffled frog leaping algorithm ( SFLA) , then it employs linear gray level changing grayscale gradient iteration algorithm to process the strain image to improve the strain measurement precision.On that basis we design a digital image processing technology-based non-contact strain measurement system, analyse the overall structure of the system and the software development scheme, and design the ATmega162-based servo control circuit.In order to verify the performance of strain measurement of the system, we carry out the deformation measurement experiment on samples.Results show that the system can accu-rately and effectively measure the deformation of materials.关键词
