基于结构相似度的 HEVC 感知 SBAC-RDO 算法

Abstract
HEVC entropy coder achieves good trade-off between bit-rate and image quality by using rate-distortion optimisation (RDO) technology.However HEVC still adopts conventional objective distortion criteria,which can not well represent the subjective vision quality of human eyes.Structural similarity (SSIM)has certain advantage in human visual special efficacy matching.We introduced SSIM to the discrimination of rate distortion pattern for HEVC entropy coder,and meanwhile modified the Lagrange multiplier according to motion strength of image.Experimental results showed that the proposed algorithm achieved the average gain around 2.1% to 2.7% compared with the RDO algorithm with HM10.0.关键词
