Effect of simvastatin combined with clopidogrel on treatment of patients with unstable angina and its influence on serum hs-CRP and IL-6
目的：探讨辛伐他汀联合氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床疗效及对血清超敏 C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）水平的影响。方法选择2011年1月-2013年1月本院心内科收治的不稳定心绞痛患者80例，随机分为辛伐他汀组（辛伐他汀等常规治疗）和联合组（在辛伐他汀等治疗基础上加用氯吡格雷），观察治疗前后2组患者疗效及血清 hs-CRP、IL-6水平的变化。结果治疗后联合组治疗总有效率为90．0％，明显高于辛伐他汀组的75．0％，差异有…查看全部>>
