金水宝胶囊联合氯沙坦钾治疗早期糖尿病肾病患者的效果
Effect of Jinshuibao capsule combined with losartan potassiumon treatment of patients with early diabetic nephropathy

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jinshuibao capsule combined with losartan potassium on treatment of patients with early type 2 diabetic nephropathy (DN).Methods 82 patients with early type 2 DN were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 41 cases in each group.Based on conventional comprehensive treatment,the control group was treated with losartan potassium,while the treatment group was treated with Jinshuibao capsule and losartan potassium.Levels of serum creatinine (Scr),cystatin C (Cys C),urine microalbumin (MAU)and urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER)were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of Scr,Cys-C,MAU and UAER in both groups decreased,and the levels of Scr,Cys C,MAU and UAER in treatment group were signifi-cantly lower than those in control group.Conclusion Jinshuibao capsule combined with losartan potassium can significantly improve the renal function in patients with early type 2 DN,alleviate urine protein and delay DN progression.关键词
