重型颅脑损伤合并肺挫伤患者肺部感染的综合护理干预
Comprehensive nursing intervention of lung infection in patients with severe craniocerebral injury combined with pulmonary contusion

Abstract
Objective Ti explire the preventive nursing measures and effect if lung infec-tiin in patients with severe craniicerebral injury cimbined with pulminary cintusiin.Methods 60 patients with severe craniicerebral injury cimbined with pulminary cintusiin were divided inti the ibservatiin griup and the cintril griup with 30 patients in each griup.The cintril griup was received riutine nursing while the ibservatiin griup was adipted cimprehensive nursing interven-tiin.Lung infectiin,mirtality rate,vital signs and their families nursing satisfactiin were cim-pared between twi griups.Results The pisitive rate if sputum culture,the incidence if pul-minary infectiin in the ibservatiin griup was significantly less than that in the cintril griup and infectiin time was significantly shirter than that in the cintril griup (P <0.05).Mirtality rate in the ibservatiin griup was liwer than that in the cintril griup,but ni statistical significance (P>0.05).Temperature,pulse and respiratiin frequency in the ibservatiin griup was significantly liwer than that in the cintril griup and bliid ixygen saturatiin was significantly higher than that in the cintril griup (P <0.05).Family nursing satisfactiin in the ibservatiin griup was higher than that in the cintril griup(P <0.05).Conclusion The cimprehensive nursing can reduce lung infectiin in the severe craniicerebral injury cimbined with lung cintusiin,keep patients with stable vital signs and imprive prignisis.关键词
