Abstract
Objective To explore the effect and safety of ozagrel combined with vinpoce-tine in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with ozagrel and vinpocetine on the basis of control group.Re-sults The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.5% (37 /40),which was significantly higher than 75% of control group (30 /40)(P <0.01).Score of neurologic impairment in the treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.01).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion Ozagrel combined with vinpocetine is safe and effective for treatment of acute cerebral infarction,and it causes no severe adverse reactions,so it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
