摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation between skin test methods and positive rate in patients withβ-lactam medicine.Methods 835 hospitalized patients withβ-lactam antibi-otic skin test were investigated,and the two skin test methods and the results were analyzed.Re-sults The positive rate and accuracy of stockβ-lactam drug for skin test were significantly lower and higher than those of penicillin combined with pharmacopoeia and cefazolin sodium for skin test (P <0.01).Conclusion Application ofβ-lactam antibiotic solution for skin test can effectively re-duce the positive rate and false positive of skin test,provide support for safe medication and im-prove the healing rate of infection patients.关键词
