Abstract
Objective To explore the value of ultrasound-guided EnCor vacuum-assisted biopsy system in the diagnosis and treatment of breast lesions.Methods 54 patients with breast le-sions were conducted with minimally invasive surgery by ultrasound-guided EnCor system,and the value of diagnosis and treatment of minimally invasive surgery for breast lesions was evaluated.Re-sults All of breast lesions were removed by minimally invasive surgery.In postoperative pathologi-cal diagnosis,51 cases were benign,and 3 cases were breast cancer.No active bleeding or wound infection was observed in all patients,and subcutaneous ecchymosis was found in one case, hematoma in one case,bloody nipple discharge in one case.3 months later,there was no postopera-tive incision scar;the breast maintained the normal contour,and skin sensitivity had no change in all postoperative patients.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided EnCor vacuum-assisted biopsy system is safe and reliable,and it can be used as a preferred method for patients with resection and biopsy of breast lesions or patients with suspicious breast cancers.关键词
