Abstract
Objective To explore the application of evidence-based nursing in the treat-ment of liver cancer patients with hepatic arterial chemoembolization.Method 68 patients with hepatic arterial chemoembolization were received evidence-based nursing.Preparation and psycho-logical guidance were given to the patients before treatment and embolism syndrome and adverse re-actions were given corresponding nursing after the treatment.Results The treatment for all the patients was all successful and the lesion was smaller than the treatment before.There were no postoperative complications.Conclusion Hepatic arterial chemoembolization has obvious effect in the treatment of liver cancer patients,and evidence-based nursing can effectively prevent the com-plications and deterioration,reduce the pain of patients,promote the rehabilitation of patients.关键词
