摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate nursing effect of whole course nursing of CRRT for patients with heart failure.Methods 23 patients with refractory heart failure received 57 times of CRRT.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Control group with 30 patients received routine nursing in hemodialysis room while 27 patients in the observation group received the whole course nursing by the cardiovascular nurses and the hemodialysis room nurses. The quality of nursing and satisfaction of nursing during the nursing process in two groups were compared and evaluated.Results The score of nursing quality and satisfaction of patients in the observation group were remarkably higher than that in the control group(P <0.01).Conclusion The whole course nursing of CRRT for the patients with heart failure improves the quality of nurs-ing and satisfaction of patients,so it is conductive to the treatment and recovery of patients.关键词
