摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate application effect of continuity nursing on cardiac re-habilitation of patients with cardiac surgery.Methods 150 patients with cardiac surgery were di-vided into observation group and control group.The control group received routine nursing while the observation group was given continuity nursing based on the intervention group.The scores of anxiety,depression and pain and average duration time of treatment and the average ICU length of stay of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing intervention,the decreased values of anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were greater than those of the control group (P <0.05).The postoperative pain scores of the observation group were less than that in the control group (P <0.05).The average ICU length of stay of the observation group were less than that of the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Continuity nursing can improve the anxi-ety and depression in patients after cardiac surgery,reduce postoperative pain and shorten the dura-tion time of treatment in patients in ICU,so it is of great practical value.关键词
