187例晚期肺癌患者疼痛的护理措施及体会
Experience and nursing measures of pain in 187 patients with advanced lung cancer

Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of nursing care of pain in patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods 187 patients with advanced lung cancer from January,2011 - January, 2013 in the hospital were treated with pain analgesia and nursing intervention of psychological nurs-ing,symptomatic nursing and life nursing and evaluated by VRS.Results:after the treatment of pain and pain nursing,187 cases were detected the verbal rating scale (VRS)before nursing inter-vention.Results After nursing intervention,pain in patients of the above level 2 was significantly lower than nursing intervention before (P < 0.01).Conclusion Strengthening nursing care in pa-tients with advanced lung cancer can effectively reduce the pain of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
