摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore effect of postoperative rehabilitation and application value of clinical nursing pathway in promoting postoperative rehabilitation of patients with nasal endo-scopic surgery.Methods 116 chronic rhinosinusitis patients with nasal endoscopic surgery were divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given routine nursing while the observation group was given clinical nursing pathway,and hospitalization time,hospital-ization expenses,health knowledge and nursing satisfaction between two groups were compared. Result Hospitalization time and hospitalization cost in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P <0.05).Health knowledge and treatment compliance rate and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).Con-clusion Clinical nursing pathway can enhance health knowledge and treatment compliance of pa-tients,improve nursing satisfaction,shorten hospitalization time,reduce hospitalization costs and promote postoperative recovery.关键词
