Expressions and Relevance of Bmi-1 and P16 Expressions in Patients with Breast Cancer
目的：探讨 Bmi-1、P16蛋白在乳癌组织中的表达及意义，以及与 ER、PR、HER-2的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学 SP 法检测80例乳腺癌中 Bmi-1、P16蛋白的表达情况，并分析其相关性。结果在乳腺癌组织中，Bmi-1蛋白高表达，并与临床分期、组织学分级、淋巴结转移呈正相关（P ＜0．05），与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、ER、PR、HER-2无关（P ＞0．05）。与正常对照组相比，乳腺癌组织中 P16蛋白低表达，并与临床分期、组织学分级、淋…查看全部>>
