Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of prostaglandin E1 on treatment of dia-betic nephropathy (DN)and its influence on plasma fibrinogen.Methods 40 patients with DN were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment (including ACEI),while the observation group was treated with prostaglandin E1 on the basis of control group.The 24 hours urinary pro-tein,serum creatinine (Scr),blood urea nitrogen (BUN),cystatinC (Cys C)and plasma fibrino-gen (Fg)levels before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the 24h urine protein,CysC,Fg levels in the observation group decreased significantly, and these indexes were significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05).The Scr,BUN lev-els in observation group before and after treatment had no significant differences (P >0.05).Con-clusion Application of prostaglandin E1 can significantly improve hypercoagulable state,reduce proteinuria and delay the progress of renal function in patients with DN.关键词
