冠心病合并认知障碍患者夜间护理难点的调查分析
Investigation and analysis of night nursing difficulties in coronary artery disease patients combined with cognitive disorder
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the nursing observation for abnormal behaviors and clinical symptoms at night in patients with coronary artery disease combined with cognitive disor-der.Methods The material of 64 patients admitted in CCU of our hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 were analyzed with questionnaire and descriptive research.Results The symptoms of patients with coronary artery disease combined with cognitive disorder included sleep disorders,ab-normal excretory behavior,unsafe behaviors,low medicine-taken compliance and chest pain. Conclusion Careful observation and timely intervention for patients with coronary artery disease combined with cognitive disorder could improve nursing quality.关键词
