护理干预对急性脑梗死患者神经功能及生活质量影响OACSTPCD
The effect of nursing intervention on neurological function and life quality in acute cerebral infarction patients
目的：探讨护理干预在促进急性脑梗死神经功能恢复、改善生活质量中的应用效果。方法将90例急性脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组给予早期康复、心理护理、按摩等综合护理干预，比较2组的康复积极性、自我管理能力、康复情况以生活质量。结果观察组在疾病知识、自我处置药物行为、自我监控症状行为等自我管理能力方面的评分高于对照组，康复积极性评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。观察组出院时 NDF 评分低于对照组，在躯体功…查看全部>>
